When Paul and Troy set out to form a Foreigner tribute band, they aimed to set themselves apart from the countless other tribute bands. They wanted to infuse their performances with a genuine authenticity, capturing the essence of Foreigner’s live shows during the 70s, 80s, and early 90s, when Lou Gramm was the singer and co-writer of most of the band’s hit songs. However, they also wanted to pay homage to Paul’s personal connection with Lou himself.
Paul reminisces, “I remember when these songs were released. They were like the soundtrack of my life, and I still hear that from fans every night. It never fails to bring a smile to my face. Meeting and getting to know Lou has been an honor and a privilege.”
Paul’s vision is to create an immersive experience for the audience. “I want people to close their eyes and let the live show transport them back to those magical days. They should relive the good times and feel like they’re right there in the moment.”
